New trends in the energy sector

Energy sector has been undergoing a dynamic development in the last years, which is characterised by the effort for decarbonisation and increase in energy efficiency.

Decentralization that is linked with stricter requirements for measurement and regulation and in the case of utilization of intermittent RES also with the need for accumulation is observed in both power and heating sectors.

In addition, planned development in the field of clean mobility or waste-to-energy is the hot topic in the Czech Republic.

Euroenergy participates in the most important strategic projects (National Action Plan for Smart Grids, National Action plan for Clean Mobility) from the early beginnings of smart technologies’ development in the Czech republic, thanks to which it has a considerable familiarity with above stated areas.
