Investor support during the purchase of energy company
The object of the project was to provide buyer ´s side support during preparing the acquisition of energy resources. The project included analysis of the market environment, particularly energy commodities in the Czech Republic an analysis of the environmental restrictions on emissions of air pollutants, analysis of regulatory measures and scenarios of price and electricity allowances.
Technical due diligence (biomass power plant)
Due to the intended sale of the energy company we prepared due diligence, which included a description of the current state of company, assessment of operating, legislative, environment and technical appraisal of possible risks.
Acquisition of local distribution systems operators
The object of the project was to analyse and evaluate the current status and future development of several local distribution systems. The analysis served as the basis for the acquisition of these assets.
